Five nights at Freddy's is a highly-acclaimed indie point and click adventure game produced and published by Scott Cawthon of Fullbright. It is his fourth installment from the Five Nights In Freddy's series. This time around, you will find 3 teenagers - Jason (Dylan Minnette), Billy (Ben Myers), and Freddy (Nathan Fillion) who've just gotten a job at the Freddy Fazbear's Pizza outlet in Fazbear City. The very first nightthey are about to go on a trip to the park in which Freddy runs his restaurant. Freddy is a fan of movies like"A Nightmare On Elm Street", so he's looking forward to seeing it again.
After settling their money, they head out to Freddy's Pizza on the night that he is scheduled to start fnaf 4 game his show. They're dressed up to impress, as Freddy is a really famous artist. The doors of the office are open, but as Jason and Billy hurry in, Freddy catches them. Jason and Billy run out, while Freddy opens the doors of the office. Inside, Freddy takes off his mask, revealing his true identity - Freddy Kruger.
Freddy immediately begins to attack Jason and Billy. Freddy uses his magic powers to turn people to stone or to make different things move on their own - such as a truck in front of Jason. In addition, he makes Jason feel ill. Freddy also utilizes his capacity to control people, like when he gets Jason believes he's having a heart attack.
Freddy is even more frightening when he rolls Jasonturning him into a sword. Jason can fight back, but with his special powers of telekinesis and his voice. Jason manages to catch Freddy, but Freddy uses his power to throw Jason into another dimension. Jason gets his memory back and heads back to Freddy's Pizza.
But, Freddy has an ulterior motive - to get back at Jason and Billy for kidnapping him and breaking his soul. If Jason kills Billy or Jason, he'll get a trophy. So, Jason and Billy visit the pizzeria to find their killer...
Five nights at Freddy's turns the regular point and click action sport in the previous games to some full-scale terror experience. The images are amazing. The sound is excellent. The voice acting is superb. But, there are a number of glitches in the storyline.
Freddy is always about, but he attacks Jason or Billy. Freddy is merely a backdrop character. Jason and Billy find out that the animatronic dolls are actually fake, and that Freddy has a grudge against them. Jason and Billy must find out what happened to Freddy and stop him before it is too late.
While the narrative of Five Nights at Freddy's is a fascinating one, it may not be the best one around. Due to how the game was put together, the events that happen may seem unnecessary or confusing initially. However, once the story and the characters are explained and the storyline starts to fall into place, the game begins to make sense.
